Whether you are working with regulatory frameworks, strategic plans, or organisational policies, or a myriad of other areas, Orthogramic intelligently analyses document content, extracting key themes, priorities, and gaps to support evidence-based decision-making.
By structuring information from uploaded documents, the platform enables policymakers and strategists to assess assessment of alignment across business units, identify inconsistencies, and ensure policies and strategies are effectively implemented. This automated approach enhances governance, improves decision-making, and provides a clearer view of organisational priorities.

Navigate: Navigate to Documents > Upload and click on "Document Upload."
Assign Organizational Unit: Select the relevant organizational unit that the document pertains to. This ensures the document is stored in the correct category and is accessible to the right team members.
Upload the File: Select your file. Ensure the file format is supported by Orthogramic. it will be uploaded automatically.
Save and Confirm: Review the entered details and click "Save" to complete the upload.
Documents cannot be uploaded until the Organization unit it set.
